Agreement

These terms govern every purchase from Belmont Peptides ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them together with our research-use policy, privacy policy and refund policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract in your province or territory.

Research use only

All products are research chemicals supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified individuals and organizations. They are not approved by Health Canada, carry no Drug Identification Number and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, natural health products or dietary supplements.

Products are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. You agree not to use them in, on or for any human or animal, and not to resell or distribute them for any such purpose.

We do not provide and will not provide information about administration to humans or animals.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we issue an order reference. Payment is due in full before dispatch. We may cancel any order and refund any payment at our discretion, including where we believe the products may be used contrary to these terms.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are added according to the delivery province.

Shipping and risk

We ship to Canadian addresses only, via tracked carriers, from our fulfilment partner. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery as recorded by the carrier. Lost or damaged shipments are handled under the refund policy.

Product information

Compound descriptions, molecular weights and CAS numbers are reference values drawn from the literature for the base compound and are provided for identification only. The manufacturer's certificate of analysis for each lot is the authoritative description of that lot. We make no representation that any product is suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your purchase or use of products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of your province or territory.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or from any use of the products other than in-vitro laboratory research.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
