Shipping and delivery

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Dispatch is not the same as arrival; the carrier's tracking page shows the estimated delivery date for your address.

Transit

Typical transit within Canada is two to five business days to major centres and longer for rural, northern and island addresses. Winter weather can add time. See the delivery guides for notes by province.

Packaging

Vials are packed in padded, plain outer packaging with no description of the contents. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with insulation where appropriate. Lyophilized peptides tolerate the short periods at ambient temperature that transit involves; refrigerate or freeze on arrival.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us within seven days of the carrier's delivery scan, or if tracking has not updated for seven days, and we will open a claim and reship or refund under the refund policy.

Outside Canada

We ship to Canadian addresses only.
