Ordering, shipping, product documentation and policy. If your question is not here, contact us.

Ordering
Who can order from Belmont Peptides?

Our products are supplied to researchers, laboratories and institutions for in-vitro laboratory research only. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the products will be used solely for research purposes by qualified personnel.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Interac e-Transfer is our primary payment method for Canadian orders. Payment instructions are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Do you offer a first-order discount?

Yes. Use code NORTH10 at checkout for 10% off your first order. Pack pricing (5-pack and 10-pack) is applied automatically and stacks with the code.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. Orders that have not yet been handed to the carrier can usually be adjusted. Once a parcel is in transit it cannot be recalled.

Shipping
Where do you ship?

To any Canadian address, including rural routes, PO boxes and the territories. We do not ship outside Canada.

How fast is dispatch?

Orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves our fulfilment partner.

How is my order packaged?

Vials ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with internal padding. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with insulation where appropriate. Nothing on the outside of the parcel describes the contents.

What does shipping cost?

Tracked shipping is a flat $18 CAD anywhere in Canada and free on orders over $200 CAD before tax.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Every parcel is tracked. If tracking stalls or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the carrier's delivery scan and we will open a claim and reship or refund per our refund policy.

Products and quality
Are certificates of analysis available?

Yes. Each batch is accompanied by a manufacturer-issued certificate of analysis. Reports are published on the COA page as we receive them from the supplier and can be matched to the lot number printed on your vial.

How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

Unopened lyophilized vials are best kept at −20 °C, protected from light. Short periods at room temperature during transit are generally tolerated. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 2–8 °C and use within the window appropriate for your protocol.

What does the labelled amount mean?

The labelled amount (for example 10 mg) is the nominal net peptide content of the vial as stated by the manufacturer. Refer to the batch COA for the measured purity and net content for a given lot.

What is bacteriostatic water?

Sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, used to reconstitute lyophilized peptides into solution for laboratory work. Our solution-preparation calculator helps you determine volumes and resulting concentrations.
