What we collect
Name, delivery address, email address, order history and payment confirmation details needed to fulfil orders and respond to enquiries. We do not store card numbers; e-Transfer payments are processed by your bank.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, to answer your messages, to meet legal and tax obligations and, if you opt in, to send occasional catalogue updates. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Delivery details are shared with our fulfilment partner and the carrier to ship your order. Order data may be shared with professional advisers and authorities where the law requires.
Retention
Order records are retained for seven years to meet Canadian tax requirements. Enquiry correspondence is retained for two years.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law you may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting us. Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25.
Cookies and storage
This site uses browser storage to keep your cart between visits. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
